Small Practitioners Interest Group (SPIG)

The SPIG is a discussion and networking forum for Internal Auditors in small teams.

Anyone else who wants to come along is welcome.

Theme: Auditing Complaints

I wish to register a complaint!

Whether you are the Internal Auditor of a small pet shop or a large organisation, your employer will probably receive complaints from time to time. At this session we will discuss what happens when your organisation receives a complaint, what action it might take, and the scope for an Internal Audit of the process.

We will talk about:

  • Does our organisations receive complaints? If so, is that all bad?
  • Is there a process for receiving them?
  • Is there a process for investigating them?
  • How do they get resolved?
  • How do they get reported? To whom?
  • Is there a process to learn from them?
  • What might we want to review in the complaints process?

This will be a round table discussion. Come along and share your experiences and views.
The Chatham House Rule applies.

The meeting will morph into a networking opportunity.

Please note the change of venue.
