Confident Communication

Do you struggle with coming up with 'good' questions in a client interview? Or where to find the balance between informal and formal conversation?

Being a good internal auditor is all about communicating with confidence and working with your client to get the best outcome.

Our panel of expert communicators will give you their tips and tricks on how to successfully connect with your client and successfully navigate your way through client interviews and other interactions.

This session will focus on what it takes to be a good communicator and what you can do if something doesn't go to plan.
