Come fly with us: The internal audit way

For our upcoming Forum we are at Airways who will be presenting a short summary introducing the complexities of the environment Airways operate in, the current strategy to meet these challenges, and the significant changes coming up for Airways as an organisation.

One of the 'tools' the Safety & Assurance team utilises to gain assurance over the key controls operating in this environment is the use of Data Analytics and Dashboarding. This will include a summary of the work undertaken in this area, project aims, realised benefits, and the lessons learnt along the way!

We will then have the opportunity to see a demonstration of one of the key technologies in use at Airways, with a visit to simulators which are used as a key training tool both to Air Traffic Controllers and international students which Airways provides training services.
