AGM Agenda

This notice to all members advises that the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Wellington Chapter of ISACA, being ISACA Wellington Inc., will be held on Friday 30 April 2021, commencing at noon.

Free canapes will be provided at the AGM for all Wellington ISACA members who RSVP by registering at the provided link below.

The Agenda for the AGM is as follows:

1. Introduction
2. Previous AGM Minutes
3. The year in review
   Meetings, Oceania CACS, education day, chapter representation at international ISACA events, etc.
4. Call for volunteers
   We encourage all members to volunteer to be part of the ISACA chapter organizing committee, potentially leading to board and officer roles. We accordingly invite all those interested to contact a Chapter Officer.
5. Audited Financial Statements
6. Members who have become certified and/or passed ISACA exams, 2020 forward
7. General business

Any additional papers will be made available before the meeting (an email will be sent).
