invites you to discuss

How can we audit our customer relationships and interactions?

We will discuss:

  • Who are our customers?
  • What are the different customer relationships and interactions across our organisations?
  • What are the risks for our organisations, customers and people?
  • How can we audit and what information and data can we use?
  • Can we benchmark our customer related activities?

We will workshop:

  • What an Internal Audit programme for auditing customer relationships and interactions might look like.


The SPIG is a discussion and networking forum for Internal Auditors in small teams.
Anyone else who wants to come along is welcome.

The meeting will morph into a networking opportunity.

This will be a round table discussion. Come along and share your experiences and views. The Chatham House Rule applies.
