Liz has had a distinguished career of public service and has held a number of Deputy Chief Executive roles before being appointed to the position of Government Statistician. In addition to her wide and extensive leadership, management, policy, operations & regulatory experience, Liz has previously worked together with the Privacy Commissioner on a number of projects over the years. As a previous Government Statistician and Government Chief Data Steward, Liz understands the value and importance of privacy, and its role in maintaining trust. Liz takes over as Acting New Zealand Privacy Commissioner in the new year.

Sean is a transformational technology leader with 30 years in technology and the development and delivery of business outcomes using technology and the leading of architecture teams to deliver technology solutions to organisational outcomes. Sean's skills as a facilitator for the solution of business requirements into technology-based solutions that are cost-effective, shareable, scalable, supportable and in a reusable format will allow him to help organizations build architectures, teams, architectural practices, enterprise architecture models and digital transformation strategies that will help you move faster, safer, and with better outcomes.
Sean has a particular interest in the innovative outcomes that Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning can bring to business and for the last 4 years he has been helping organisations develop ways to accelerate the delivery of Machine Learning Models and Artificial Intelligence functions into production. Sean regularly posts videos to a YouTube channel, has presented at conferences and has a podcast 'Kiwi Innovators' as well as being a regular guest on multiple podcasts talking about technology, innovation and AI/ML.
