Building Your Resilience

A one day interactive workshop

Most people have to manage pressure or stress at work, and we all experience it and manage it differently.

We all need to learn how to keep stress under control and pressure at a minimum. This programme builds your understanding of resilience and provides practical short term fixes and sustainable long term solutions.

At the end of the workshop you will have enhanced your skills in:

  • Understanding the effect of pressure on you and the Audit team
  • Changing your thinking - the key skill in resilience (Martin Seligman)
  • Bounce back - The CALM approach to challenges
  • Breathing techniques to use when the going gets tough
  • Knowing the three levers that will make a difference - Exercise, Diet and Sleep
  • Tips on what to do when you have too much to do
  • And saying 'no' without damaging relationships
