IIA NZ Regional Ambassador - EOI

IIA NZ Regional Ambassador - EOI

Join the IIA NZ Ambassador Programme – Expressions of Interest Now Open

Applications close: 30 April 2025

Since launching at the end of 2023, the IIA NZ Ambassador Programme has gone from strength to strength, thanks to the incredible commitment of our current Ambassadors who have supported the IIA NZ Board, National Office, and the wider profession. This voluntary role has grown in impact and visibility, and we are excited to continue building on this momentum.

We are now seeking new Regional Ambassadors across New Zealand as well as Pacific Island Ambassadors to represent IIA NZ in the following locations:

Pacific Islands: Samoa, Cook Islands and Tonga
  • Dunedin
  • Christchurch
  • Wellington

About the Ambassador Programme:

The IIA NZ Ambassador Programme is designed to strengthen our national network and enhance engagement with members across Aotearoa and the Pacific Islands. Ambassadors serve as key regional representatives and advocates for the internal audit profession, helping to:

  • Facilitate communication between members and the National Office
  • Organise and promote IIA NZ events
  • Share resources and thought leadership
  • Foster a sense of community within the profession

Our Ambassadors play a vital role in connecting members, supporting knowledge sharing, and promoting the value of internal auditing at a regional level.

Ambassador Webpage:

To showcase this growing initiative, we have a dedicated Ambassador Programme page on the IIA NZ website under the Membership tab. Here, you can find an overview of the programme, profiles of our current Ambassadors, and further insights into the role.
