Ani Wilson

Global Mentor on Stress Management, Author of Unbreakable Leadership, Board Member of NSANZ:

Navigating wellbeing in a changing world

Having spent 20 years in highly stressful management positions all over the globe, Ani was diagnosed with stress induced stage three cancer for the 2nd time in her career. Ani was a manager who was told to slow down, to "chill out".

Leveraging her neuroscience background, Ani reignited her passion for the human brain and began her own research only to find that 'slowing down' was detrimental to the circuitry within a high performers brain. Now a regular on NZ TV and radio, an author, Director of UpWired (a neurofeedback clinic dedicated to supporting burnout and ADHD), a features writer for three international magazines, and still a very active consultant in large corporate industry; Ani is busier than ever.

With a passion for ensuring that everyone has the ability to use simple, yet fun Brain Hacking techniques that physically rewire the brain to promote exponential mental performance, this session will be one not to be missed!
