"Global Ethics Day 2024: Ethics and Professionalism in Internal Audit Practice"

IIA NZ Global Ethics Day 2024 Panel Discussion

Summary:

Join us for an engaging panel discussion on Global Ethics Day, where we will explore the critical role of ethics and professionalism within Internal Audit. The session will feature insights from industry leaders on how ethical principles guide decision-making and build trust in audit processes. We'll cover practical examples with a focus on applying ethical standards in real-world scenarios. Additionally, we will reference the Global IA Standards, Domain II, as a key resource to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of how these standards influence ethical conduct and professional behaviour within the internal audit profession.

We are also pleased to have Katja, ISACA Wellington Chapter President, joining the panel. Katja will bring the ISACA perspective as a globally recognised leader in IS/IT, focusing on the advancement of digital trust and ethics within their field.

As an added excitement, at this event, you'll hear real-world, battle-scarred ethics insights that will leave you with valuable takeaways for your own learnings.
