Principal Advisor, Financial Markets Authority Brianna Reece is a Principal Advisor at the Financial Markets Authority, where she works in the Regulatory Services team - the first responders to complaints about unlicensed market activities and scams. She is passionate about finding innovate, collaborative and often "out of the box" ways to disrupt and respond to financial crime. Brianna joined the FMA in 2023 after 10 years as a Senior Investigator at Ministry of Primary Industries and Inland Revenue, where she led multiple high-profile investigations and prosecution. ? Stephen Lynch, Service Owner for Cyber Security, Inland Revenue Stephen Lynch is the Service Owner for Cyber Security at Inland Revenue. He is a dedicated professional with over twenty years of experience in software development, system engineering, solution and enterprise architecture, and security. He worked for both UK and NZ governments in the intelligence and security space for most of his career before leading the architecture practice for the New Zealand Defence Force.
