The group's purpose is to connect members facing similar resource constraints, diverse responsibilities, and unique challenges in their roles, enabling them to share experiences, insights, and solutions.

Summary:

Internal auditors working in small or sole-practitioner environments often operate without the infrastructure, tools, or support available to larger teams. This session is designed to explore how a fit-for-purpose internal audit operating model can be built using practical templates, methodologies, and techniques that are realistic and scalable for smaller functions.

The panel will be structured around concrete takeaways, with each panellist encouraged to share one or two tools, templates, or working approaches they actively use in practice. The intention is for attendees to leave with ideas they can adapt and apply straight away in their own internal audit environment.
