In this provocative keynote, Lawrence Green challenges participants to move beyond AI adoption and confront a deeper question: How will you architect intelligence inside your organisation?

AI is not simply a new technology, it is the most significant shift in organisational intelligence in a generation. For the first time, every person can access cognitive amplification on demand. That reshapes decision-making, creativity, leadership, and ultimately performance.

This session invites participants to think more deeply about what it means to build distributed, AI-augmented capability while strengthening human judgment, confidence, and agency.
