Project Governance and Assurance

Increasingly, those who have risk-related roles are being asked to give assurance that project risks are being assessed, governed and minimised. At the end of this course participants will be highly project-risk aware and be able to add value to the project process.

Online Classroom: The content delivered in the IIA-Australia online classroom format is the same as what would be delivered face-to-face.

This full one day training programme will be delivered in two 3 hour lessons (11.30am - 2.30pm) over two consecutive days using Zoom. Registrations will be strictly limited to 12 participants to allow maximum interaction in the online environment.
